Beste Dag is the new approach to help Young Professionals between the ages of 17 and 30, with their mental "shit" Meaning everything from headaches, anxiety to burn-out.

Mental imbalance can have a profound effect on functioning at work, study, daily life and more.

Best Day solves this with its own innovative approach. We collect information from the 4 life dimensions: psychological, physical, social and lifestyle. The use of new techniques such as Big Data and AI will collect and analyse this information. The interconnections will be more apparent, and the underlying causes more visible.

The vision of Beste Dag is to improve mental fitness so that young Professionals can achieve a meaningful life and achieve their goals and thus heal as a human being.
