Bertels Coaching & Consultancy B.V. is specialized in leadership, personal coaching, team- and personal development. It's the 'homebase' of Rob Bertels, see https://www.linkedin.com/in/robbertels/.

Rob's special expertise lies in the (development, implementation and performance of) effective coaching at organizational-, team- and individual level. He is actively involved in the personal guidance of (board)teams and (top)managers and in the development of their joint and personal leadership and effectiveness.

Since 2022 Rob is working from his own Bertels Coaching & Consultancy B.V., preferably choosing only the challenging assignments he likes, in which he believes and that are meaningful to him and his client.

In his ambition to give his clients the best and to work together in this with high level professionals, Rob is also a valued member of HCG Netwerk (see http://www.hcgnetwerk.nl).

Rob has published several books and articles concerning his experiences, like ‘Meesteradviseur’ (2020), 'Zelf in Zicht' (2012), 'De Aard van het Beestje' (2010), ‘Met Man en Macht’ (1994) and 'Persoonlijk Succes' (1993).
