About Bendy

Bendy helps people create a balance in their everyday life and health. We understand that it is hard to work, look after kids or study ánd staying mentally and physically healthy. With Bendy we try to make this more accesible by bringing our service to you, giving you the tools.

Bendy is the first to offer specific in-office yoga and mindfulness workshops to different organisations, mostly corporates, helping them to make their employes healthier and happier, getting the best out of themselves. We do this through workshops and yoga classes, however we also offer movement meditation, coaching, workouts, detox-days, meditation and massages.
