This is the Global Leadership Network of Mark Mc Gregor – founder of the Being on Mission Philosophy – and Nicole Loeffen. We are united to train, coach and guide management and influencers to improve their leadership skills, including leading change and building high performing teams.

The 10 principles of leadership and life work as a lighthouse. They help you to find clarity for yourself in what's most important for you and who you like to be. As well as they guide you in how to spend your energy, give and take in relations and bring others along to become succesful in becoming who you like to be.

The 10 habits of high performing teams are the steering wheel to build teams who are happy and successful in what they do and how they do it.
