BCI makes circular economy and carbon performance measurable and actionable across the built environment.

The LCA platform combines recognised methodologies for environmental impact, embodied carbon, and circularity in one data driven workflow. It is used by construction and real estate professionals, from local authorities and housing associations to investors, architects, contractors, and consultants, to understand how choices affect carbon emissions, material use and long term value.

BCI provides clear insight at both project and portfolio level. This helps AEC teams to compare options, control costs, and retain value over time, rather than locking in impact early without understanding the consequences.

Across both new construction and renovation, BCI is applied from early design through construction, maintenance, and future change. By showing which materials can be reused, disassembled, or adapted, the platform helps reduce carbon today while keeping construction projects flexible for tomorrow.
