About BBL Company

BBL Company operates the BBL pipeline, a 235-kilometre gas pipeline connecting Balgzand in the Netherlands with Bacton in Great Britain. The pipeline provides an hourly capacity of 10,000,000 kWh/h in Forward Flow (NL to GB) and 7,699,193 kWh/h in Reverse Flow (GB to NL).

Connecting the Dutch TTF hub and the UK's NBP hub, BBL enables gas to flow in both directions in response to market needs. In doing so, it enhances the UK's security of supply, strengthens the Netherlands' role in the European gas market, and supports the continued integration of Europe's gas markets.
