We work at the intersection of human behavior and architectural design to tackle wicked problems. Complex, interconnected challenges that resist simple solutions and create spaces that actively shape better outcomes: well-being, productivity, learning, and community.

BAITT brings together architects, psychologists, designers, and urban thinkers to translate behavioral science into built reality: environments that influence how people feel, move, connect, and thrive.

We developed the Orbit Model, our methodology for aligning how people sense, decide, act, and learn within the spaces and systems around them.

We partner with city councils, organisations, and schools to revitalise places, design better workplaces, and build learning environments that truly support the humans inside them.
