About Bag to Happiness Foundation

Bag to Happiness Foundation is a grassroots organisation based in Amsterdam, launched by enthusiastic volunteers who help children in need. Among the volunteers are pedagogues, psychologists, teachers whose use their expertise and experience to bring the project Bag to Happiness to life.

Bag to Happiness Foundation takes care of children in need. We do this by providing a material and intangible contribution in their psychosocial development. The main activity of Bag to Happiness is to give children in need a bagpack full of hope.

The Foundation is an independent organisation, who is not affiliated with a specific organization, country or any political group. The foundation is open to collaborate with Dutch and international foundations, institutions and government agencies and has a mediating function in this regard.
