Sinds de oprichting in 1921 wordt Bachkoor Holland geroemd om het uitzonderlijk hoge niveau van de uitvoeringen van de werken van J.S. Bach die zeer trouw zijn aan de originele partituren. Dirigent Gijs Leenaars is tevens chef-dirigent en artistiek leider van het Rundfunkchor in Berlijn. Sinds 2018 heeft het koor de Nieuwe Kerk in Delft als thuisbasis.
