Baby Greens is a project envisaged to grow delicious and nutritious Microgreens and Leafy Greens in the vibrant city of Rotterdam for a growing community of people interested in pursuing a healthier and sustainable lifestyle. We are determined to become a sustainable option for those who praise freshness, quality and traceability as fundamental elements of their food supply.

We figured that being focus on producing the highest quality, organic and fresh Microgreens and leafy greens matches with the growing interest to consume these highly nutritious buddies labelled as Super Food.

Baby Greens is a project aimed by urban farmers to reduce the distance between producers and consumers of leafy greens in the metropolitan area of Rotterdam by bringing the tastiest and freshest greens to their tables as soon as they are cultivated.
