About AWEP Society

AWEP Society is a society for all students, PhDs and staff members of the Aerodynamics, Wind Energy and Flight Performance & Propulsion departments. The aim of this society is to establish both a social and professional environment for its members. The society was founded in 2013 by six master students.

The objectives of the AWEP Society are:

- Provide a social environment for AWEP master students, PhDs and staff members - Make members acquainted with career possibilities - Educational quality control

To achieve these goals, the society organizes social and professional activities. These include quarterly drinks, guest lectures and excursions to companies. To keep the members informed, regular updates are sent via Brightspace, Facebook and LinkedIn.
