Au Paris is a sophisticated agency to provide good communication between (future) Au Pairs and their host-family's. This also implies courses for the future au pairs before departure, family counseling and a complete portfolio for the au pairs, and the host-family's. Because the au pairs will be prepared for their duty before departure it gives the host family's a care free au pair experience. The au pairs will know what to expect, what the children are like, where they have to go and what they like to do in their spare time. In times of conflict there can be asked for mediation to make sure the au pair and the family will experience a positive and peacefull relationship. Without any worries you can leave your kids with an Au Paris au pair. The same goes for the parents of the au pair, without any concerns your son/daughter can enjoy Paris, and the au pair can start an once in a lifetime experience with well prepared and positive feeling!
