About Atlantikwall Museum
Sinds 1996 zet Stichting Vesting Hoek van Holland zich in voor het behouden, restaureren en het voor publiek openstellen van de Nederlandse en Duitse verdedigingswerken in Hoek van Holland. Het bezoekerscentrum, het 'Atlantikwall Museum', is gevestigd in een Duitse geschutsbunker. De bunker van het type 625b was oorspronkelijk bewapend met een anti-tank kanon van het kaliber 7,5 cm en maakte onderdeel uit van de verdediging van de 'Marine Flak Batterie Nordmole'. Deze luchtdoelbatterij bestond uit 57 bouwwerken.
