I’m Frieda, 26, and I created Athliva to inspire and guide others in their wellness journey. My passion for travel led me to volunteer in Cape Town and teach in Bali, shaping my commitment to global outreach. After studying International Business and interning in Costa Rica, a transformative year in Peru further fueled my personal growth. In May 2024, I founded Athliva, focusing on fitness and well-being. My experiences with veganism and overcoming running injuries through coaching have driven me to help others achieve their goals. Athliva is dedicated to supporting personal development and wellness.
