As personal coach and therapist I specialize in helping people become who they really are instead of who they think they should be. My mission is to help them (re)discover their inner strength, so they can live their lives from their heart, connected to themselves, their loved ones and the world around them.

I offer short and long term coaching and therapy to individuals, small groups and company's. The approach I use is based on the ideas and books of Ingeborg Bosch, a Dutch psychologist who developed a method called Past Reality Integration. PRI is a very structured and practical method that works on rational, behavioral and emotional level to be able to create real change. It teaches clients to treat the root cause of their problems instead of coping. And it empowers clients as it offers tools and instruments that they can apply in their everyday life.

I have been working in this field since 1999, first as a (corporate) social worker and in 2006 I started working as personal coach in a private practice setting. In 2015 I started the 4 year personal training program at PRI International to become a certified PRI therapist.
