My name is Sebastian (or: Bas). I have been working as a recruitment specialist for about 20 years. Both agency and corporate. It is my great passion to fill jobs and to make recruitment teams perform better.

Early 2010 I started my own business as a contract Corporate Recruiter. Since then I have been successfully working on numerous assignments.

What on earth is Two Minute Recruiter? First of all I just feel a big need to share what I know with the outside world. I can't help it really. I'm an extrovert. And I tend to get many questions from recruiters at almost every client I work for. So in order to share my knowledge with a broader pool of recruiters I think free to watch short videos are the best way to go.

Just pick a subject you like. You can just pick a subject in which you want to improve yourself on and after watching the video go try it out to see if it works for you. In my videos I talk about my personal experiences.
