I am experienced in using components of Cognitive behavioural Therapy in order to induce real and long lasting change. My critique to the market is clear: - No one teaches anywhere on how to be good at the practicing - No one teaches to be better at the process itself. - It's always, just be more consistent, just be more disciplined, just things about what you want to be In my opinions these statements will not help anyone.
