De technologische ontwikkelingen in de gezondheidszorg gaan zó hard dat dit invloed gaat hebben op de zorgorganisaties en daardoor op de vastgoedportefeuilles en gebouwen. Welke gebouwen dienen we te realiseren die toekomstbestendig en alternatief aanwendbaar zijn? Dit is een vraag waar we dagelijks mee bezig zijn. Dit is ons vak! The technological developments within the health care sector are happening at such an incredible pace that it will without a doubt influence the health care organizations and subsequently the real estate portfolios and properties.
