Arauca Capital is an open-ended alternative investment fund under the De Minimis (or simplified) AIFMD regime. Arauca Capital is established in the Netherlands.

Arauca Capital's objective is to find and invest in outstanding companies, with sustainable business models and growth attributes led by great management teams with the aim of compounding capital for long periods of time, provided constant execution by the management teams.

Arauca Capitals' approach is focused on building a concentrated portfolio of high-quality companies. Arauca Capital invests mostly in listed companies in OECD countries and occasionally in commodities, precious metals, and crypto-currencies.

Our investor base is a small group of private clients that share our philosophy for long-term value creation.

Arauca Capital is a Dutch investment company registered with the AFM, the Dutch Financial Regulatory Authority. According to the AFM rules under De Minimis (or simplified) AIFMD regime, Arauca Capital can only accept qualified investors who can invest a minimum of the equivalent of EUR 100,000 in USD equivalent. The fund is denominated in USD.
