AntiLoneliness offers mental health support to people who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, loneliness. Or who want to work on their self-awareness and self-growth.

Brave people that have only temporarily lost their courage and they are looking for a helping hand to go through hard times in life.

WHAT IS OUR MISSION? Our clients’ well-being, inner peace and motivation are our main goals. No one deserves to feel all alone in their struggles and this is what we are fighting for.

WHAT DO WE OFFER? -One-to-one sessions. We offer practical tools and help our clients come to profound insights in order to deal with anxiety, depression, identity crisis, family issues (divorce/breakup, adolescence, parenting, conflicts, infertility), panic attacks, relationships, self-development.

-Workshops. We organize workshops on various topics related to emotional well-being and relationships, as well as discussion evenings where we share views and perspectives on daily issues.

-Support groups. Our clients have the chance to heal their emotional wounds and win back their inner peace, but at the same time to get support through a group of people who has gone through similar experience.
