AmeriCatalyst LLC (Austin, TX), is the sister company to EuroCatalyst BV, (The Netherlands). The firms are business incubators and accelerators, providing original ideas, advisory, strategy and market positioning services to firms across all sectors of housing finance, residential real estate and rental markets on a global basis. The firms specialize in new market and cross-border entry.

EuroCatalyst was established in The Netherlands in 2000. AmeriCatalyst was established in Austin, Texas in 2010. The firms have introduced, assisted in the creation of and expanded some of the most innovative ideas and models in housing finance, including the world's first paperless mortgage originator and servicer; the world's first shared servicing utility; and the world's first structured covered bond.

Both companies are renowned for their iconic conferences (AMERICATALYST, 2010-) and EUROCATALYST (2002-). EuroCatalyst, is also known for its EUROPESERVICING event (2005-).

The events are invitation-only, CEO level peer-to-peer think tanks focused on how globalization is impacting the housing ecosystem. Attended by NGOs; Central Banks; SWFs; Regulators; Institutional Investors; Investment Banks; PE firms; Hedge Funds; Banks, Mortgage Originators; Mortgage REITs; Single-Family REITs and operators/owners; Research Analysts, Data Providers, and Think Tanks, the events are differentiated by their exceptional and intellectually challenging content.

Both firms produce the events to reposition the entire housing market by identifying and defining the most crucial issues throughout the housing ecosystem and predicting future trends that will dramatically affect the industry.

The founder of both companies, Toni Moss, is most well known for establishing the first event, EUROCATALYST, in 2002 to warn about the likelihood that mortgage markets would implode and brought together leaders from the entire global market together in one place, at one time, to try to head it off.
