About Amapola Healing

Not your average coach. I don’t believe in quick fixes, toxic positivity, or bypassing the hard stuff. And I definitely don’t believe in “magical” programs that promise to change your life in a month for €10,000.

Healing is sacred when done right. It isn’t about pretending everything’s fine. It’s deep, confronting, and profoundly human. It’s the work of integrating who you truly are and learning to live from that truth and strength.

Amapola Healing is where personal growth meets spiritual depth. Founded by transformational coach and healer Mariska, Amapola blends Human Design, Reiki, and holistic coaching to guide you back to your essence and help you create real, embodied change.

My work is rooted in both energy and practicality; soul, body, and strategy. I firmly believe that transformation only lasts when it’s lived, not just learned.

Through 1:1 sessions, women’s circles, and digital offerings, Amapola Healing invites you to slow down, realign, and remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
