Alicia's Inn is a small family-owned hotel located in the heart of Philipsburg, Sint Maarten. We are small Inn with two floors consisting of eleven available rooms consisting of five (5) standard queen rooms, three (3) standard twin rooms, and three (3) junior suite rooms. The inn amenities include free in room Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, fridge, coffee maker along with personalized services for every guest’s specific needs. The most obvious impact for every potential visitor is the property’s cleanliness, its airiness and its close proximity to everything in Downtown Philipsburg. It is conveniently located about three minutes away from the Great Bay Beach in the center of the island’s Commercial Center, Philipsburg, where there is variety of shopping opportunities in abundance. Please note that the second floor is accessible only by stairs. There are dozens of restaurants in walking distance along with most government buildings. The inn is also within walking distance from the festival center where most concerts on the island is held and the carnival and jouvert morning routes start / end.
