About Ajes Advisory

Ajes Advisory advises companies on M&A and corporate development. It was founded in 2013 by Maarten ter Haar. Maarten has over 20 years experience in advising companies in M&A and Corporate Development. He started his career in the consumer advisory team of ABN AMRO followed by Rabobank International where he was the Head of the European Food & Agri M&A team and co-head of the joint venture between Rabobank and NMR Rothschild. Following Rabobank, Maarten became co-owner and partner at Stamford Partners, a specialized M&A boutique focusing on the European food & beverages market. After the activities of Stamford Partners were discontinued in the Netherlands, Maarten became partner at KPMG in the Netherlands where he headed up the Dutch consumer team. Maarten is a graduate of the Erasmus University Rotterdam where he studied Business Economics
