Ailixr started as a no-code AI workflow builder — a sandbox for learning and prototyping. But along the way, we learned that building agents isn’t the hard part — understanding how they behave is.

Today, Ailixr builds simulation systems that test AI in high-stakes environments — where decisions have consequences. Our flagship platform, Crucible, is a proving ground for agentic systems: exposing hidden biases, emergent strategies, and failure modes before they reach the real world.

From negotiation markets to mental-health triage, we study AI not as code, but as behavior — measurable, comparable, and improvable.
