Founded in 2012, Aevitas Property Partners has set-up and grown six specialized real estate operating companies. Present in Europe and India we currently manage over $4 billion of assets. We are not opportunity investors or market timers. We are property investors that understand the importance of aligned local partners and the support they require to prosper.

Sponsored and owned by a large U.S. pension fund, we provide access to long-term permanent capital that is focused on platform development and strengthening of market position. We combine our extensive network, market knowledge and experience with a flexibility to use our global insights to pursue innovation that contributes to the success of our existing and new investment platforms.

We can invest in existing companies or sponsor start-up platforms. We are not limited to investing at any one particular growth stage. We look for a dedicated real estate team that can bring a local competitive advantage to real estate investment strategies that are scalable with the potential to become market leaders in order to provide resilient income streams over time. Our local partners are entrepreneurs with conviction, drive and the ability to build a sustainable real estate business.
