Advocatenkantoor Kleijweg is a law firm founded in 2017 and based in the heart of the Hague (in the Netherlands), which is specialized in Dutch & European immigration and migration law. Because laws and regulations surrounding immigration and migration is so everchanging, we believe that only specialized law firms and lawyers are cable to keep up with these changes and provide the best legal service. The focus of the firm is to provide the best and honest legal service towards our clients.

The founder of the law firm is Drs. Mr. A.G. Kleijweg who has over 20 years of experience in the field of immigration and migration law, starting in his career 1998. Drs. Mr. A.G. Kleijweg and his firm is associated with The Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse orde van advocaten, NOvA) and with The Netherlands Association of Specialized Immigration Attorneys (Specialistenvereniging Migratierecht Advocaten, SVMA).

The law firm accepts besides private financed cases also cases based on subsidized legal aid from the Dutch Legal Aid Board (Raad voor Rechtsbijstand, RVR). The Legal Aid Board (Raad voor Rechtsbijstand, RVR) is an independent governing body with a public task. It is instituted by the minister of Security and Justice (Lord High Chancellor). The ministry of Security and Justice is responsible for organizing subsidized legal aid and its supervision. The Raad voor Rechtsbijstand is assigned to execute this organization and supervision. Advocatenkantoor Kleijweg is recognized as a “High Trust Law firm” by the Legal Aid Board (Raad voor Rechtsbijstand, RVR).
