About Academy of Brain Stimulation

We are the Academy of Brain Stimulation (AoBS), an international platform for professional education, certification, and clinical innovation in brain stimulation therapies.

The mission of the AoBS is to deliver world-class, academically rigorous, clinically relevant, and internationally standardized education in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to clinicians, researchers, and technicians worldwide.

AoBS is committed to bridging the gap between neuroscience and clinical practice by providing training that is scientifically grounded, hands-on, device-inclusive, and aligned with global best practices in non-invasive brain stimulation.

Our aim is to elevate the global practice of neuromodulation, foster safe and effective implementation worldwide, and create a trusted, internationally recognized standard for TMS education. We are committed to equipping clinicians, researchers, and technicians worldwide with the scientific foundations, technical skills, clinical judgment, and ethical frameworks necessary to perform TMS safely, effectively, and responsibly.

AoBS accomplishes this through a unified educational ecosystem consisting of our world-renowned flagship in-person International Clinical TMS Certification Courses, our accredited multi-language On-Demand Online TMS Certification Program, and our continuous academy membership program. We make high-quality TMS education universally accessible, regardless of language, geography, or time constraints.

We are proud to fund and support the Academy of Brain Stimulation Foundation, an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge and clinical practice in non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS).
