About A Student's Help In Africa

Coach and advice volunteers who are taking part in developmental projects in Africa In the past 7 years ASHIA has successfully coached and placed 208 students in Africa. The volunteers are mainly medical students who take part in healthcare related projects in rural areas of Cameroon. The success of this organization lies in the fact I commit myself to fully prepare volunteers to a change of culture, lifestyle and vision. After a selection process, volunteers are given a set of modules to study and answer questions. The modules highlight major issues that they are likely to encounter once they are in their new culture in Africa. Once they receive the module, volunteers who subscribe to the newsletter get a weekly update of exlusive information. Without the help and dedication of the ASHIA team in Cameroon and elsewhere in Africa, this organization would not have had the success it has had so far. This year, we are experiencing a forward movement. I am creating a unique platform to engage with volunteers and pioneers in developmental aid in Africa.
