Founder: Lotte Verduin

With ‘a Lot of Learning’, I bring 14+ years of experience as a certified language teacher and fitness trainer to global communities in Amsterdam. By combining all my passions, I help internationals and locals improve their language skills and strengthen connection at work and beyond.

Since 2011, I’ve worked in (secondary + adult) language education, fitness, hospitality and dance, now offering unique on-site services that can be fully customized to individual goals:

- Dutch language courses (NT2, A0-C1 level) - English language courses (ESL, A1-C1 level) - Fitness bootcamps (HIIT, cardio, strength, kickboxing) - Salsa dance workshops (solo, partnered or mix)

What makes 'a Lot of Learning' unique is the possibility to combine language training with movement sessions. Movement enhances focus, memory and overall cognitive performance, making it a powerful support for language acquisition. At the same time, training together strengthens positive group dynamics which has great impact on trust and communication. Teams not only become fitter, but also more connected and confident!

With a passion for bringing people together, I blend professionalism with a lot of 'gezelligheid', building a community where everyone feels at home and free to grow.
