About 3sides

3sides is a leading community consultancy. We strongly believe in the power of online communities and the value they can bring businesses and organisations. From strategy to platform implementation, we help organisations build and grow successful online communities.

We have seen first-hand how community success is directly linked to greater customer engagement, faster product improvements, lower support costs and improved customer retention. In a world of digital sales, and self-service buying journeys, having a community can be key for lead conversion.

We are passionate about organizing engagement through communities. Having built and run communities ourselves, we also know that growing a community can be tough. How do I choose the right technology? How do I get organisational buy-in? Where do I start? How do I make sure I continue growing?

We help organisations who want to build and grow successful communities – whether they are just getting started or ready to scale.

3sides offers community strategy and growth consultancy, training and coaching, journey and experience design and solution implementation services to clients on a project and subscription basis.
