The 3P Model is a strategic diagnostic framework designed for founders. It helps you assess your business, identify where attention is needed most and translate insight into action through three integrated tools: the 3P Questionnaires, the 3P Canvas and the BD Planner.

3P Questionnaires - structured assessments across three dimensions: Product (the offering), People (founders, team and key relationships) and Playground (customers, market and competitive environment).

3P Canvas - a single view to map findings and see the business as a whole.

BD Planner - turns insights into concrete next steps.
