ABOUT US 2Advance works in the field of management, sales and account management with Training and Coaching on fundamental (systemic) changes in organization and people.

I deploy my Navigating - Coaching - Inspiring skills during the training courses and coaching routes, for the benefit of my customers and their employees. As an external partner, I want to make a meaningful contribution to realizing the objectives by guiding on the 'how'​ side of doing business. I believe that every person who wants is able to develop into old age.

Both personal and professional growth enable us to be successful in unexpected new circumstances, the new time and the future.

➶ NAVIGATING Stands in the core for: giving direction, identifying objectives and the 'parent role'​.

➶ COACHING In essence it stands for: the dialogue, exchanging knowledge and skills , doing, developing and the 'maturity role'​ ➶ Inspiring, in essence it stands for: passion, emotions and motivations and the 'child role'​ The 2Advance method consists of 3 steps that I call waypoints:

➊ Waypoint 1 – Top of mountain feeling

➋ Waypoint 2 – Map out a route

➌ Waypoint 3 – Just do it!

Characteristic of my systemic approach is that both the person and the organization are covered. The 'top of mountain feeling'​, that euphoric feeling on top of that small piece of mountain, is the basis for me. That is the starting point and the reason why we connect with our talents to the organization.

With the insight into and awareness of your own qualities and values and those of the organization, we set training objectives that you want to realize. We will outline the route and we will make things clear step by step. In order to 'just start doing it'​, we will start and anchor the new insights and skills in your system. This leads to systemic, fundamental changes.
