Stichting Cultureel Platform Azijnfabriek heeft al vele jaren een belangrijke plaats in het culturele en recreatieve aanbod in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Het platform ondersteunt en initieert jaarlijks zo’n 130 kleinschalige lokale initiatieven, stimuleert samenwerking tussen de culturele deelnemers en coördineert hun belangen richting exploitant en gemeente.
