zZAP systems provides information management knowledge to organizations without their own IT staff, but that do depend on IT solutions to do the work. We look at your business and help you to implement the most suitable systems to support your processes. Because we do not have any commercial interest in a particular solution, we can objectively judge all possibilities with your interest in mind. Our goal is that you will be able to make cost- benefit based decisions, and to make sure those benefits are realized upon delivery. zZAP systems supports organizations by providing integrated support to implement, maintain and develop IT solutions to support critical business processes. The availability of a comprehensive competence mix, combined with focus on result and continuity, allows us to provide a complete service with regard to resolving business issues. By providing quality of service for a reasonable (and reliable) price, zZAP intends to develop long-term customer relations. We want to do so through customer satisfaction and partnership, not by long-term contractual obligations. We think customer loyalty should be earned by performance and delivery. Our working methods are transparent, our contracts do not contain complicated legal clauses and we provide value for money to our customers. In addition to this, we will contribute in projects that have a community value. zZAP systems will answer the question "what does the customer want" before focusing on "how can this be delivered?". Resolving the clients issues is more important to us than the technical aspects of information management. Therefor we do not limit ourselves to particular technologies or platforms.
