Zwikker Compliance Associates is an independant expert in the field of international compliance and business ethics. Launched in September 2013 by Nico Zwikker former head of compliance at Fortis and ABN Amro the company provides a wide range of services to parties in the financial industry, listed companies subject to market supervision, privately held companies subject to export controles, AML and anti bribery supervision and finally (semi) govermental bodies and institutions dealing with issues of external supervision and integrity. Extensive axperience with regulators at home and abroad (College of Supervisors) allows for an international scope and approach to emerging expectations and regulation. Nico Zwikker has held a number of management, risk management and compliance positions at internationaly operating financial institutions during his career in the financial services industry. His career overarches 25 years the last 7 of which as groep compliance officer in the most turbulent of times,managing extensive and internationally diverse compliance organisations during this period.
