As an experienced manager, Nico Zornig knows how to create an environment that is permanently able to adopt new innovations and that leads to lasting improved performance.

Nico has more than 20 years experience with commercial, operational and cultural change processes, especially in the sectors Mobility (Traffic & Transport) and Logistics. He is motivated when he use his leadership capabilities to create focus on actually implementing a strategic vision in day to day operational processes. He is interested in what really keeps people motivated and why they do what they do or should do!

Nico is a people and process manager with a strong client and result - oriented attitude using leadership by coaching. He knows that people are the indispensable link in every change and in a good organization.

Nico is the strongest when complex transitions have to take place, related to innovations. Nico is looking for creativity solutions to create a goal-oriented situation where Nico ultimately becomes superfluous.

Automated and cooperative driving, car emissions & air quality, transport logistics, traffic management and also the Hyperloop are fields in which has fulfilled leading roles. Around Smart Cities, Nico has brought all this knowledge and expertise together in recent years, with the challenge of making the city's administrators work in an adaptive and fact-driven manner such that they can focus in an integral manner on the complex tasks of a city.
