I bring to the table the capacity, proven by experience, to bind and articulate innovative storytelling across the board of TTL campaigns, products, services, and platforms whilst setting creatives, UX/UI and technologists up for success. I'm currently Global ECD at We Are Alexander where I set the vision towards creative excellence in traditional and New Retail. I previously held creative leadership positions in agencies ranging from Digital innovations (AKQA), Data-driven (King - Activision Blizzard) and Integrated (ServicePlan) in different countries (USA, Netherlands, France, Canada, Spain, UK) mostly for global accounts. As a leader, I provide guidance, mentorship, and inspiration. As a manager, I make sure the conditions are aligned so creativity can thrive. I often pick up the mic to deliver thought leadership, and host workshops for the likes of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, Miami Ad School and the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
