Over Ypsilon

YPSILON® is a yield prediction and harvest pace service of grains and oilseeds for key growing areas in Europe. It is based on the latest satellite imagery and plant growth modelling. YPSILON® forecasts the yield of wheat, barley, corn and rapeseed 8 weeks before harvest and reports the harvest pace of grains and oilseeds throughout time.

YPSILON® has been developed by Vista-Geo (Munich based agritech scientists with over 20 years'​ experience in remote sensing technologies) and Cefetra (Rotterdam based trading house with 10 years'​ experience in yield modelling). The product has been developed by 20 PHDs and processes 10 TerraByte/month.

YPSILON® offers yield forecast and harvest pace on a National, Provincial level. Furthermore, YPSILON® also offers yields forecasts and harvest pace around processing plants (such as crushing plants, flour mills, compound feed plants, ethanol plants and collect points).
