Because whether it is taking a relaxing bath or smashing out a high intensity cardio sesh; I have learned that whatever my body needs: it is all right here at home. We really don’t need a lot of space or loads of equipment to get our bodies moving!

What you do need is a plan. And that is where I can help you. Over the last year I have created a few forms of home workout ‘help’ as I like to call it.

(REMOTE) PERSONAL TRAINING

With remote personal training I can train you one-on-one through video conference (zoom, hangouts, whatever you prefer), from my home to yours.

If you live near me in The Netherlands (Utrecht, ‘T Gooi, Amersfoort) I do offer the possibility of personal training on location. For more information about the options, please contact me.

My prices are all based on €50,- for 60 minutes (whether it is remote or on location). But as I can be your Personal Fitgirl, 60 minutes is not the only option you have. Whether you would prefer 45 or 90 minutes, 2 times a week, every other week.. Let’s talk about what’s best for you!
