Hallo - This is Somaye Dehban, a networked Dutchified Iranian who is on a mission to bring about financial stability for every community based organization and initiative.

I am the creator and host of Your Funding Network, a podcast for anyone who is devoted to their community and want to bring about lasting change at the local and global level.

This content is based on my decade-long experience in fundraising domain specially for development aid sector. It is also inspired by my cross-sectorial work in academia, politics and the private sector.

Development aid was meant as a temroray solution and yet after decades of funding, there is no indication of sustainable change based on the interventions offered by International NGOs.

In this podcast series and it's dedicated newsletter, I discuss the role of community based organizations in achieving sustainable development goals. Also why and how we can define an exist point for development aid to collectively move towards a just and sustainable international community.
