Over Youpitch

Youpitch matches candidates with employers by using professional videopitches. For candidates we produce the Personal Pitch, using a uniform approach derived from the STAR method. For employers, we produce a Company Pitch, which reflects the company culture. By doing this, candidate as well as employer get a better impression of each other. Next to the competencies of the candidate the Personal Pitch, showing the personality of the candidate, gives the employer a good indication whether or not this candidate should be invited. On the other hand, the Company Pitch, focusing on the company culture, gives the candidate a virtual visit to the employer's organisation. The use of this audiovisual means also increases the efficiency of the search process for both candidate and employer.
