YogaBreak inspires people to make a change in this world. Together we can make this world a great place to live. But if you want to make a change, the change starts within yourself. What is your passion or mission in this life? Do you fully use your talents? Do you dare to become more authentic, more natural, more happy, without thinking about what others might think? Do you know how to listen to and connect from the heart? YogaBreak challenges you to go on a journey without destination. Living the present, fully aware of your inner power. So many beautifull things that never will been done, if you don’t do it! We say NO to fear and YES to confidence. We start practising our body to become healthy & flexible. We start practising our minds on love, purity, sincerity, compassion, patience and tolerance. We start to study on ourselves instead of judging others. We try to find the balance between the natural forces of positive & negative. YogaBreak teaches yoga at different locations in Amsterdam (Schellingwoude, Durgerdam); brings yoga to the beach, schools and companies; designs workshops and courses for business & consumers; organises and produces inspiring events and works together with a network of professionals in body, mind & soul.
