Yoga Studio Satya is a cozy space where to practice yoga in the heart of Amsterdam. We focus in traditional yoga and in practicing it in a deep and authentic manner. Taught by Marta Manglano native Spanish teacher certified by the European Union of Yoga and the AEPY (Spanish Association of Yoga Teachers). We offer tailor-made bilingual classes Spanish / English in small personalized groups as well as in-house classes by corporate clients. We aim at personalizing classes (maximum 6 persons) and continuity with our yoga practitioners in order to progress together. In our classes we practice: * Karanas (Dynamic poses) * Sury Namaskar (Sun salutation) * Asanas (Static poses) * Pranayamas (Breathing exercises) * Dharana (Meditation practices) * Yoga Nidra (Deep relaxation)
