Yoga Classes: Brand new to yoga? Or been around the block? With over one-hundred classes a week, we've got every flavor you need. Want to sweat? Develop better posture? Gain strength and flexibility? Improve your breathing? Relax and sleep better? We've got a wide variety of yoga styles to meet your needs.

Workshops: Deepen your practice: Immerse yourself in a workshop or training over the course of a day, weekend or recurring series with topnotch (international) teachers.

Teacher Training Programs: Do what you love and become a (well-trained) yoga teacher! Whether you join us to deepen your practice or change your career as a yoga teacher, we promise to guide, inspire, support and challenge you on your journey. The Yoga Moves Teacher Training Program consists of a Foundational Vinyasa Teacher Training (200 hrs). Since the start of our training school in 2001, Yoga Moves has successfully trained hundreds of alumni, some have become the most well known yogis in The Netherlands. Make a difference in other people’s lives!
