Over Yi-Shu

As a Health counselor, I use different therapies to work on a healthy body and mind. I use Footreflexmassage, Bachremedies, Stresscounseling, Earcandles, Chi Neng Qigong training and Traditional Chinese therapies like Cupping, Moxa and Guasha. For the near future ( febr 2011) I like to add acupuncture to it. Always trying to make you feel better and trying to find the roots of the problem. Preventing although is even better.
