Xu Noodle Bar is specialized in fresh made noodles and homemade broth which is inspired by a generations-old family recipe. Our mission is to bring together the Western and Chinese culture by providing delicious authentic food and the concept of shared dining. We live our values by cooking with passion using fresh, healthy and quality ingredients. The business is now in its first stage of development, we are doing our best to open by August 2018!
