How to develop your leadership? By means of a tailor-made Xiel development workshop, a clear picture is taken of the areas in which the starting points lie with the leadership profile within your organization, but also where the gaps are located and how and whether this 'gap'​ can be bridged by means of development efforts. Although a development studio workshop is a customized product, there are a number of elements that are frequently part of the program. In the first place it concerns the inventory of the width, depth and effectiveness of the behavioral repertoire in relation to the leadership profile and this is made clear through simulations, extensive interviews, interim reflection and feedback. Moreover, in order to be able to carry out a 'diagnosis'​ with the underlying question of whether there is sufficient breeding ground for development, how this development is optimally designed and what position a participant occupies on the Growth Curve, online questionnaires are used. These provide insight into which thinking styles and thinking power the participant can demonstrate, which ability to change are present and which possible obstacles apply from character, cognition-inhibiting beliefs and the like. Together - in co-creation between the participant and Xiel consultant - a picture is finally drawn up that answers the question of whether and how development efforts can lead the participant to meet the new leadership profile and on which growth curve within the organization offers the most added value to a participant.
