Xcentric Hotels B.V. acquired in a joint venture with KondorWessels Real Estate in 2014 the landmark location "De Pier"​ in Scheveningen-The Hague. The completely overhauled Pier has proven to be a true food boulevard at sea with a contempory offering of streetfood, restaurants, bars, terraces and shops.
