Over Wunderkammer Amsterdam

Wunderkammer is a co-working and eventspace and a collective creative studio.

The physical base is spacious and bright workspace in a 19th century former Roman Catholic school building in Amsterdam Oud-West, close to the Vondelpark.

The heart is the rich community of a diverse range of professional working both independently or together on often remarkable projects and assignments. The work ranges from research and design to development and making. Historically architecture, local economy and urban development are important themes.

On top of this we facilitate and curate creative events; exhibitions of art, film and food, maker markets, personal and professional training, rehearsals and shows.

Our aim is for a base community of around 30 members (1 tier) surrounded by a vast network of people benefiting from and contributing to events and programmes.
